As a Counter Sales Representative with White’s Plumbing Supplies, you will help the plumbing industry reach new heights! To do this, you will be a key contact at White’s Plumbing Supplies for our customers, processing sales transactions, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate inventory, and offering additional support to our customers.
A Little About Your Day:
- Work directly with customers to ensure they order the right products, advise customers by suggesting additional and alternative products, and other support.
- Communicate with customers via phone, in person and email, responding to their needs quickly and accurately.
- Process sales transactions precisely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and counter area.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed.

What You’ll Need for Success:
- 1-3 years of successful counter sales experience.

- Knowledge of the plumbing industry and products.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with stocking and inventory.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with order processing systems.
