Local asphalt company seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Dump Truck Driver. Your expertise will ensure efficient material transport, site preparation, and adherence to all safety regulations.
Duties
- Safely operate dump trucks, excavators, loaders, backhoes, water trucks, and other construction machinery in accordance with federal safety regulations and equipment safety procedures.
- Transport materials such as dirt, gravel, debris, and construction supplies to and from job sites efficiently and responsibly.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with excavation and construction grading.
- Follow all safety regulations and construction site protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial truck driving and heavy equipment operation within a construction setting.
- Mechanical knowledge for routine maintenance of construction machinery such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, and water trucks.
- Ability to operate construction machinery including excavators, loaders, backhoes.
- Construction site experience with a focus on excavation, & grading.
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
