Responsibilities
' Greet customers warmly and understand their vehicle needs.
- Write detailed service orders and estimates.
- Communicate effectively between technicians and customers.
- Schedule appointments and manage service workflow.
- Upsell additional services when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure timely completion of repairs and services.
- Provide excellent customer service to foster loyalty.'
- Qualifications
' Proven dealership experience as a Service Advisor or Writer.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to upsell services professionally.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience with auto estimating software is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Professional appearance and attitude.'
Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
