Location: Lindsborg, KS
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $13.50–$15.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

January – September

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM (depending on workload)
• Can be flexible if other hours are needed

October – December (Holiday Season)

• Monday-Saturday or Sunday-Friday
• Overtime required during our busiest shipping season

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce orders
• Carefully package temperature-sensitive and perishable products
• Unload and organize incoming freight shipments
• Prepare orders accurately and efficiently
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Work as part of a team to meet daily shipping deadlines

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for an entire shift
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Warehouse, shipping, or order fulfillment experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
