What You'll Do
- Residential plumbing service and repairs
- Water heater repair and replacement
- Drain cleaning and troubleshooting
- Gas line installation and repair
- Diagnose plumbing issues and present repair options to customers
- Deliver outstanding customer service in homeowners' homes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of verifiable plumbing experience preferred (service experience is a plus)
- Licensed Indiana Plumber or at least a 3rd-year plumbing apprentice
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn—we'll help you grow if you don't know everything
- Clean driving record
- Clean background check
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and punctual
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Someone who wants to grow into a Lead Technician or management position as the company expands
