White River Plumbing is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Dispatcher to be the first point of contact for our customers. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Schedule plumbing service appointments efficiently.
- Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules.
- Follow up with customers on estimates and unsold jobs.
- Confirm appointments and communicate arrival times.
- Process payments and assist with invoicing.
- Request Google reviews after completed jobs.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our software.
- Work closely with the owner and technicians to ensure exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Dispatching experience is a plus (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home services preferred).
- Excellent phone and communication skills.
- Strong computer and typing skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

This is a possible work from home position. Must be available Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4pm. Hours will vary week to week
