ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Sews boat and seat covers for production line.
- Sews boat and seat covers for After-Market Parts.
- Prepares and inspects materials.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to sew efficiently
- Ability to use hand tools
- Ability to work in team setting or independently
- Ability to understand processes and instructions
- Ability to read tape measurements
- Ability to read and follow standard operations processes
- Ability to cross train
- Ability to wear all required PPE

- Sitting at workstation
- Bending to put finished work together.
- Twisting while pulling parts into workstation.
- Pinching work with fingers during sewing.
- Lifting up to maximum of 25lbs occasionally.
- Cutting occasionally.
