Minimum Qualifications:
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) from an accredited program.
- Completion of an accredited surgical technology training program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure surgical environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a hospital operating room setting.
- Advanced certifications such as Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA).
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems used in surgical departments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills developed through prior clinical experience.

Responsibilities:
