White River Energetics, LLC (WRE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of D&M Holding Company. WRE is located in Des Arc, AR, and is a manufacturer of small arms ammunition primers. WRE manufactures primers using decades-old proven processes, all while implementing new equipment and automation to make the process safer and more precise.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assembly Operator Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble ammunition primers
- Includes careful attention to detail while:
- Maintaining equipment tolerances
- Orienting primer cups
- Charging cups with primer mix
- Orienting and setting primer anvils
- Applying lacquer
- Inspect at different stages of the assembly process
- Keep workstations clean and neat.
- Work in conjunction with quality control to ensure
- Adhere to all WRE safety, production, and workforce policies

Education and Experience:
Assembly Operator Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experience desired, but not required
