SHOP MANAGER

Job Summary:
Shop Managers oversee all in-store operations. Managers are responsible to oversee and be able to perform Shift Lead responsibilities, Barista responsibilities, and be able to lead all staff confidently and effectively. Managers should exemplify the core values of White Rhino and our parent company, The Parvin Group.
Daily Tasks and Projects:
Execute WRC marketing initiatives and lead LSM strategies as an integral part of the local community
Execute sales strategies and initiatives in line with KPI metrics
Fulfill orders in a timely manner and maintain an accurate inventory process
Enforce company standards, processes, and procedures
Conduct the interviewing, hiring and promotions process along with full training for all shop employees
Maintain employee availability and proper scheduling to align with targeted labor goals
Handle conflict resolution effectively with customers and staff
Quality control on all products, processes, and customer service
Communicate important information to leadership and staff within a timely manner
Job Qualifications:
- Must have the ability to work minimum 40 hours per week at assigned shop or in shop’s market
- Must participate in at least one management meeting per week along with leading Shift Lead and all-staff meetings monthly
- Excellent customer service skills, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have reliable transportation
Required Education, Certification, or Experience:
- Restaurant or coffee shop experience
- Previous experience in leading a team
- Texas Food Manager Certification (within 30 days)
Compensation and Benefits:
$40,000-$60,000 annual salary, based on experience
- Quarterly bonus up to 10% of earned salary based on company and individual performance
