About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized, reliable Personal Assistant to support both business and day-to-day operations. This role is based out of Clayton and involves a mix of administrative work, task management, and hands-on support across a growing coffee and wellness business.
This is a dynamic position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can stay organized under pressure, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize paperwork, documents, and daily operations
- Assist with administrative tasks and scheduling
- Run errands and handle task-based responsibilities
- Support operations at the coffee and wellness shop
- Assist with organization and workflow improvements
- Provide occasional personal assistance, including helping with childcare
- Assist with travel planning and coordination when needed
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years old
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Open availability and flexible schedule
- Professional, dependable, and proactive attitude
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently
- Basic understanding of THC products and/or willingness to learn
- Bonus: Experience in coffee, hospitality, or business operations
