As Shift Lead you would be responsible for:
● Managing, coaching, and developing new and existing staff
● Building a positive and inclusive work culture
● Maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness ● Managing day to day operations including opening and closing shifts, ensuring staff complete assigned tasks, cash handling, etc.
● Prep work; making ice cream, batters, sauces, etc.
