Position Overview
As a CSR you'll be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, scheduling service appointments, dispatching technicians efficiently, and providing outstanding customer service. You'll work closely with our technicians and management team to ensure every customer receives prompt, professional service.
This is an in-office position. Remote work is not available.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Schedule plumbing, heating, and air conditioning service appointments.
- Communicate schedule changes with technicians and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our dispatch software.
- Work closely with technicians and management to maximize daily schedules.
- Assist with outbound calls and appointment confirmations.
- Help maintain a positive, team-oriented office environment.
CompensationNo Experience
- $16.00–$17.00 per hour
- Plus performance incentives including RTRC and PPC Booked Calls
Experienced CSR/Dispatcher or Service Titan Software Experience
- $18.00–$20.00 per hour
- Plus performance incentives including RTRC and PPC Booked Calls
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- In-office position (Not Remote)
After-Hours Rotation
All CSR/Dispatchers participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule to answer calls and book appointments for our technicians.
During your scheduled on-call time, you'll receive:
- An additional $6.00 per hour simply for being available
- Performance incentives for RTRC and PPC Booked Calls earned during your shift
