White Pine Services is seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at one of our customers' facilities. In this essential role, you will perform a variety of cleaning tasks while upholding our commitment to excellence and our motto, "Rooted in Perfection." Your attention to detail and pride in your work will help create a healthy, professional environment for our customers every day.
Hours: Monday-Saturday 5:00-8:30PM
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal throughout the facility.
- Follow a detailed cleaning checklist to ensure all assigned tasks are completed during every shift.
- Safely use and handle cleaning chemicals according to company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, breakrooms, offices, and common areas while maintaining our Rooted in Perfection standards.
- Lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment using proper lifting techniques.
- Keep janitorial closets, supplies, and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Work independently while managing your time efficiently.
- Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to management.
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial setting is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
- Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and follow all health and safety procedures.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
