White Pine Charter School is seeking a Part-Time morning Kindergarten Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year.

Qualifications

  • Hold or be eligible to obtain an Idaho Teaching Certificate
  • K-8 Elementary Education Endorsement
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Citizenship, residency, or valid work visa required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Instruction

  • Design and deliver lessons aligned with Idaho Core Standards
  • Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse learner needs
  • Identify student learning needs and provide appropriate instruction
  • Implement modifications and accommodations per IEPs and 504 Plans
  • Develop assignments and assessments that promote analytical and critical thinking
  • Prepare students for school, state, and federal assessments
  • Manage instructional time effectively
