Position Summary: White Pass Elementary School is seeking an Elementary Principal to lead our educational community. This full-time position requires a dynamic leader who will foster a positive learning environment, support staff, and engage with students and families. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and vision for the school, ensuring a focus on student achievement and well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and the school community to develop and implement effective educational programs and initiatives.
- Oversee the daily operations of the school, including scheduling, discipline, and staff management.
- Foster a positive school climate by promoting strong relationships among students, staff, and the community.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal education regulations and policies.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
- Administer district Pre School/ECEAP program in collaboration with Centralia College.
- Engage with parents and community members to promote involvement and support for school initiatives.
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support at-risk students.
- Manage school budgets and resources effectively to enhance educational programs.
- Act as a liaison between the school and the district, representing the needs and interests of the Elementary school community.
- Follow and implement district policies and collective bargaining agreements.
- Develop master schedule to meet school, student and staff needs.
- Supervise implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support.
- Demonstrate ability and skill to successfully implement the building discipline matrix.
- Observe and evaluate certificated staff performance, providing feedback and giving assistance as needed utilizing established District evaluation processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field.
- Valid administrative credential or certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational leadership or administration, preferably at the junior-senior high level.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of educators and support staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment for all students.
- Proficient in using technology for educational and administrative purposes.
Salary : $135,000 - $144,616
