What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commissary Worker position at White Oak Pastures?
As a Commissary Employee, your responsibilities will include producing, jarring, packing, and maintaining items. You will also be responsible for keeping products counted, organized, and inventoried. Your role is vital in ensuring a smooth flow of product through the Commissary, confirming each item accurately and on time.
You will be required to pull and pack items after production, and organize them for shipment to either our Online Fulfillment Center (IFC) or our General Store.
Requirements:
- Will be required to work standing up all day; some days in the same spot for hours
- Must have reliable transportation as our hours vary according to the task we are working on
- Ideal schedule (8am-5/6pm) Monday thru Friday
- Must be able to read and follow a recipe
- Must be able to efficiently pack orders in a timely manner
- Must be able to perform additional tasks as necessary
- Must be organized and able to multitask
- Will be required to lift 50 lbs daily
- Must be able to pass a drug test
Pay: $ $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
