Summary Job Description:
- Treasury Operations and Financial Risk Management: collaborate in treasury cash management to ensure compliance and control across multiple accounts and banking providers, including reviewing and assessing cash balances and requirements, and initiating and directing wire transactions.
- Governance and Stakeholder Relations: build and maintain strong relationships with bank lenders and with internal partners to ensure compliance and communication of the Company’s short-term funding needs and manage liquidity to ensure the Company optimizes its debt costs and liquidity position.
- Compliance and reporting: prepare borrowing requests, borrowing base certificates and month end compliance reporting in conformance with credit documents.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: work with accounting, FP&A, corporate tax, portfolio management and senior leadership to prioritize strategic goals and provide coverage and assistance to team members on operational accounting, lender reporting, and other matters.
- Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of healthcare industry trends and market conditions affecting White Oak Healthcare Finance’s portfolio and its target markets.
- Participate in finance and corporate projects and propose process improvements, where applicable.
Candidate Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or CTP is an advantage.
- 3 years of work experience in a financial services company or a REIT, preferably working with an asset based revolving credit facility and in collateral management in corporate banking or Private Credit.
- Knowledge of GAAP and bank compliance reporting.
- Experience with liquidity reporting and forecasting in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, demonstrating team collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize/manage multiple concurrent time sensitive projects and communicate with groups of varying experience levels.
