Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders into the company's software system with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage and update databases, ensuring all information is current and correct
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing professional support and assistance
- Assist walk in customers picking up or dropping off equipment
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to orders and customer interactions
- Perform data collection and entry tasks, including transcription and filing of important documents
- Support administrative functions such as basic math calculations, order processing, and data verification
- Assist in maintaining the organization of office supplies and documentation systems
Requirements
- Proven experience with databases, ERP systems, and office software such as Microsoft Excel
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy; experience in data entry and transcription preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with clerical procedures including filing, data collection, and record keeping
- Basic math skills for order calculations and data verification
- Previous office or administrative experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
