Front Desk Supervisor – White Mountain Hotel & Resort
Located just minutes from North Conway and set high above the Mt. Washington Valley, The White Mountain Hotel & Resort is an independently owned, luxury mountain retreat known for exceptional service and a one-of-a-kind guest experience. We are currently seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead our Front Desk Team in delivering the highest standards of hospitality.
Position Summary:
The Front Desk Supervisor plays a key leadership role in overseeing day-to-day front desk operations. This position is responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests, supervising front desk staff, and serving as a liaison between departments to maintain the quality and consistency of guest service that defines our resort.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and support front desk agents in delivering professional and courteous service.

Manage daily operations of the front desk, including guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, and concierge services.

Monitor front desk procedures to ensure accuracy in guest accounts, billing, and payment processing.

Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive and lasting impression.

Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to coordinate room readiness and address guest needs.

Maintain a working knowledge of all hotel services, amenities, and local area attractions to assist guests with inquiries.

Ensure the front desk area is organized, efficient, and consistently meets the resort’s presentation standards.

Act as Manager on Duty when assigned, maintaining a leadership presence and supporting all departments as needed.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in hotel front desk operations is required; supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred.

Proficiency with hotel property management systems; experience with Springer-Miller SMS is a plus.

Professional demeanor, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
