Pay: $16.00 (Plus TIPS)

Job Description:

Join our team at Dunkin’ as a Barista! Owned and Operated by White Management. We’re looking for upbeat, dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, serving guests with a smile, and helping create a welcoming experience for every customer.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare food and beverages to Dunkin’ standards
• Greet customers and take orders accurately
• Operate the register and handle payments
• Restock supplies and ensure product availability
• Follow all food safety and cleanliness guidelines
• Work efficiently with team members at all times
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability (Weekends a must)
• Food service experience is a plus, but not required—training provided
