Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Pay: $16.00 (Plus TIPS)

Job Description:

Join our team at Dunkin’, owned and operated by White Management. We’re looking for energetic, dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering great customer service. As a Crew Member, you’ll help create a welcoming experience while preparing our signature coffee, beverages, and food items.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take orders accurately
• Prepare food and beverages to Dunkin’ standards
• Operate cash register and handle payments
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Restock supplies and follow food safety standards
• Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability (Weekends a must)
• Food service experience is a plus, but not required—training provided
