Duties

• Serve food and drinks.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage multiple orders efficiently using the Clover POS system, ensuring accurate billing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Restock dining room and bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and ingredients to keep the dining room and bar fully equipped for busy service periods.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for sales totals, tips, and change.
• Assist with food preparation and serving when needed, supporting overall food service operations within the café or retail setting.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment; communicate effectively with security or management if issues arise.
• Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations diligently to ensure a safe experience for both guests and staff.
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere that enhances guest enjoyment and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a restaurant server and/or bartender is REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of Clover POS system is a preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
