As a Pilot, you will be responsible for operating business aircraft to transport executives and VIPs. Ensure safe flight operations by conducting pre-flight inspections, monitoring weather conditions, and complying with aviation regulations.

As a Pilot, you will be responsible for operating business aircraft to transport executives and VIPs. Ensure safe flight operations by conducting pre-flight inspections, monitoring weather conditions, and complying with aviation regulations.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and navigate business aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections of the aircraft.
- Review flight plans, weather reports, and air traffic control updates.
- Ensure safety of passengers, cargo, aircraft and crew at all times.
- Communicate with air traffic control during all phases of flight.
- Maintain accurate flight logs and records.
- Respond to in-flight emergencies or abnormal situations appropriately.
- Perform basic aircraft troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance personnel as needed.
- Attend regularly scheduled recurrent training courses to maintain and enhance your pilot proficiency, skills, and knowledge.
- A valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with applicable aircraft ratings for the aircraft operated.
- Proven ability to exercise sound aeronautical decision-making and situational awareness under varying conditions.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, airspace requirements, and flight planning procedures.
- Experience operating in diverse weather conditions, including the ability to interpret METARs, TAFs, and NOTAMs.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with air traffic control and keeping passengers informed.
- A safety-first mindset with meticulous attention to detail during pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight procedures.
- The ability to remain calm and decisive when responding to in-flight irregularities or emergencies.
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate flight logs, maintenance records, and compliance documentation.
- A professional, service-oriented demeanor when transporting family members, business executives, guests, or VIPs.
- Flexibility to accommodate flight schedule changes as needed by the passenger’s travel requirements.
- Basic mechanical aptitude to identify aircraft discrepancies and coordinate with maintenance personnel appropriately.
