What You'll Do

• Prepare and present meals that consistently meet guest expectations for quality, flavor, presentation, and consistency
• Support the delivery of exceptional dining experiences by ensuring every dish reflects our commitment to guest satisfaction
• Anticipate guest preferences and dietary needs by executing menu items accurately and with attention to detail
• Assist in leading the kitchen team to deliver timely, high-quality food that enhances the overall guest experience
• Coach and support cooks, apprentices, and stewards in delivering food that meets guest expectations across all outlets
• Maintain a strong understanding of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation techniques to support guest needs and preferences
• Monitor guest feedback and collaborate with culinary leadership to improve menu execution, food quality, and overall dining experiences
• Ensure food is prepared, plated, and delivered in a manner that supports a positive and memorable guest experience
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards to protect guest health and well-being
• Collaborate with front-of-house and culinary teams to ensure a seamless guest experience from order placement through meal completion
• Contribute ideas and improvements that enhance guest satisfaction and overall dining quality
• Perform additional responsibilities that support exceptional guest experiences
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Strong culinary skills and the ability to prepare a wide variety of menu items with consistency and quality
• A passion for creating memorable dining experiences and exceeding guest expectations
• Experience across multiple culinary disciplines, including sauté, broil, fry, roast, butcher, garde manger, pantry, and breakfast production
• An understanding of how food quality, presentation, timing, and consistency influence guest satisfaction
• The ability to adapt quickly to guest needs, special requests, and changing service demands
• Experience supporting or mentoring kitchen team members in delivering exceptional guest-focused food quality
• Culinary degree, apprenticeship, or formal culinary training preferred but not required
• Commitment to maintaining high standards that contribute to positive guest feedback and repeat visits
• The ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on guest experience
