What You'll Do
- Maintain spotless kitchen spaces — sweeping, mopping, and cleaning worktables, refrigerators, and equipment so the culinary team can prepare guest meals safely and efficiently
- Ensure a hazard-free environment by keeping floors and surfaces clear of water, trash, and debris to protect both staff and the quality of guest service
- Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils — whether by hand or machine — to ensure every guest receives food on impeccably clean serviceware
- Sort and organize silverware and dishware so the team can quickly deliver meals that meet guest expectations for presentation and timeliness
- Store clean china, glassware, and service pieces properly, protecting the items that shape the guest dining experience
- Assist with unloading deliveries, helping the kitchen stay stocked and ready to meet guest demand
- Support additional tasks that keep the kitchen running smoothly and contribute to consistent guest satisfaction
- A collaborative mindset that supports the culinary team in delivering excellent guest experiences
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where guest expectations drive the pace of service
- No prior experience required — just a strong work ethic and commitment to helping the team serve guests well
