Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.
- Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work.
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
- Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
- Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
- Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
- Check identification of all guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overservice.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time, with flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
