Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction.
- Set up, complete side work, and perform closing duties as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, removing debris before, during, and after shifts.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu, daily specials, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries.
- Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience and increase check averages.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards before delivering orders to guests.
- Confirm guest satisfaction within the first few bites of their meal.
- Present accurate guest checks free of errors in a timely manner.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
- Transport supplies between ranch venues using ranch vehicles or rangers.
- Engage in friendly conversation to build personal connections with guests. Promote a safe, friendly work environment and foster teamwork.
What You'll Bring

- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to operate ranch vehicles. Previous restaurant, bar, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
