We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager to lead the ongoing operations of Skipjack Oyster. If you are a senior restaurant manager with a passion for seafood-forward dining, an eye for front-of-house excellence, and the drive to build something lasting, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Report to the Restaurant General Manager and support associates by directing daily operations and creating an excellent guest experience.
- Oversee and ensure the proper training of all F&B personnel following the White Lodging Way guidelines.
- Monitor communications, morale, and motivation of all F&B personnel.
- Ensure food, liquor, wine, and other beverage costs are in line with budget.
- Oversee Food and Beverage operations during meal periods, ensuring tasks such as cooking, clearing tables, serving, taking orders, delivering room service, and cleaning are performed in accordance with brand standards.
- Assist with or issue accurate weekly forecasts to enable the creation of effective plans and schedules that maximize guest satisfaction.
- Perform any other duties as required by the Restaurant General Manager.

- Extensive knowledge of F&B operational procedures.
- The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation.
- Ability to creatively problem solve and deliver results.
- Knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies, and equipment.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required; experience with the specific brand hotel or upscale property is an added plus.
