As Kitchen Supervisor, you’ll help lead our back-of-house team, ensuring consistency, quality, and a culture of teamwork while delivering an outstanding dining experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Open or close the kitchen, ensuring smooth shift transitions and adherence to standards.
- Implement, maintain, and monitor White Lodging Way (WLW) processes.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse culinary team to perform at the highest level.
- Ensure all cooking procedures and recipes are executed consistently.
- Support the achievement of department financial goals, AES goals, and guest satisfaction targets.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment.
What You’ll Bring
- At least one year of experience in a leadership culinary role.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and accountability.
- Fluency in all cooking procedures and techniques.
- Ability to teach, coach, and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to spend up to 10 hours on your feet and lift up to 35 pounds.
