What You'll Do

As a Cannabis Packaging Specialist, you will package cannabis extract products in a clean, temperature-controlled production environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately weighing, filling, and packaging cannabis extract products
  • Placing products into the correct containers and applying compliant labels
  • Inspecting finished products for accuracy, quality, and presentation
  • Recording packaging and production information
  • Meeting daily production goals while maintaining consistent quality
  • Cleaning and sanitizing workspaces, tools, equipment, and processing areas
  • Loading and unloading items from machines, carts, and dollies
  • Preparing completed products for delivery
  • Following company procedures and applicable cannabis regulations
  • Assisting with other production and packaging duties as needed

Because accuracy and compliance are essential in the cannabis industry, you must be able to follow instructions carefully and maintain consistent quality throughout a 10-hour shift. You will work both independently and alongside other members of the packaging and production teams.

What We're Looking For

Applicants must be at least 21 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit. You must also be able to pass all required pre-employment screenings and remain compliant with applicable state regulations and company policies.

The right person for this position communicates well with supervisors and coworkers, adapts to changes in procedures, and manages time effectively without sacrificing accuracy. This role involves repetitive work, so you must be comfortable performing similar tasks for extended periods while maintaining focus, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Our production workspace is maintained between approximately 61 and 63 degrees. Employees must follow sanitation and dress requirements, including wearing a company-provided smock. Hair must be securely tied back or covered by a permitted hat, and beard nets are required when applicable.

If you are reliable, quality-focused, and interested in growing your experience in cannabis production and packaging, we would love to hear from you.
