Position Details:
- Information Technology Manager.
- Full time position, based on site in Exton, PA, USA.
- Infrequent, but as required, travel to other nearby staffed offices.
- Mon-Fri normal business hours following the seasonal EST(UTC-5) and EDT(UTC-4) time.
- After hours maintenances Sun-Sat nights, as required and scheduled in advance.
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Information Technology group, reporting to the VP of Infrastructure and Support.
- Build, operate, manage, and improve upon IT helpdesk, corporate infrastructure, and electronic services used by staff and contractors.
- Develop, review, and improve upon corporate IT processes and procedures, change control, security, asset management, tools, on boarding, training material, end point management, LAN/WAN, and governance and compliance requirements,
- Fabricate, manage, and operate within, a departmental budget.
- Hire, train, and mentor IT technicians.
- Manage, guide, and utilize 3rd party IT contracted services providers.
- Ensure the corporate IT group: adheres to industry best practices; all infrastructure, platforms, and systems are operating properly 24x7; and that all devices, services, systems, and platforms are secure.
- Ensure that the IT group builds, maintains, and improves upon an ecosystem that meets or exceeds PCI, HiTech, HIPAA, SOC2, and ISO27001 compliance/certification requirements and standards.
Qualifications:
- Three, or greater, years of enterprise IT management, leadership, or supervision experience at a high-tech company with a distributed on site, remote, and hybrid staffing and contracting environment.
- Deep technical and operational knowledge of a Windows-based communication, authentication, operating system, and application enterprise IT environment.
- Proven ability to implement and operate a highly robust and structured change management environment whereby changes are thoroughly tested and documented prior to a maintenance taking place, post-change negative impacts are eliminated or nearly completely avoided, and roll backs are successfully performed immediately following the detection of a change failure.
- Fluent with complete hardware and software end point management, such as but not limited to: Apple, Samsung, and Google mobile devices; Microsoft, Dell, and Apple laptops; Dell, Toshiba, Microsoft, HP, Logi, Poly, etc. peripherals and systems; and Android, MacOS, IOS, Windows, Android, and Linux OS.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain compliance for ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA, HiTech, and PCI standards and certification requirements.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and personal transportation for intercity travel to White Label Communication offices around Exton, PA, USA.
