Position Summary:
Business Development Associates (BDAs) are responsible for prospecting for qualified leads that generate new partnership engagement with White Label Communications. BDAs conduct a high volume of prospecting and outreach via cold calling, email campaigns and social engagements. BDAs must be independent contributors who are quota motivated to perform daily activities towards their monthly quota. BDAs need to be able to explain the value proposition of our organization, overcome objections and set appointments with decisions makers. Success in this role requires a desire to learn how to sell in a business-to-business environment. BDAs work directly with the Sales Account Executives (SAEs) to set appointments for the SAEs sales process. BDAs must be able to work closely with the SAEs to identify qualified prospects and collect feedback on appointments that are set.
What you will be doing:
- Conduct high volume prospecting via telemarketing, emails and social media engagement for qualified leads.
- Calling new and existing leads to qualify companies for a partnership opportunity.
- Managing calendars for SAEs and coordinating meetings with qualified prospects.
- Understand and articulate value proposition, handle objections and set appointments.
- Retain industry information, competitor knowledge and UCaaS/VoIP related content to properly overcome objections and attract qualified targets.
- Maintain and update CRM information in Salesforce to accurately reflect the sales process and information discussed with all prospective partners.
- Time management and calendar coordination with both the external prospects and internal resources is crucial in this role.
