About The Role

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Pest Control License with at least 1 year of experience (any state).
- Valid Driver’s License held for at least 4 years.
- Clean driving record: no more than 2 tickets and 1 or fewer at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- At least 21 years of age (insurance requirement).
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing, including for THC/CBD, regardless of legality or prescription.
- Open the office and support technicians each morning.
- Report and coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance.
- Distribute and manage product (chemical) inventory.
- Facilitate weekly training sessions and ride-along field training.
- Motivate and lead technicians to deliver top-tier service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing new team members.
- Promote a positive, professional work environment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of pest control techniques and standards.
- High level of professionalism and accountability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-organized, punctual, and leads by example.
- Monthly commission plus bonuses, sales commissions, and tips.
