Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Production Bakery Associate to join our bakery team. Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bakery production and preparation
- Prepare and bake products according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate bakery equipment, including ovens and proofers, safely and efficiently
- Perform prep work for bakery production
- Package products and prepare customer orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the bakery
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Support production goals during high-volume periods
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Weekend availability required
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, stack, and move up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a warm production environment
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous bakery, food service, or food production experience
- Experience operating commercial kitchen or bakery equipment
- Customer service experience is a plus
