White Horse Recovery, a NH non-profit behavioral health services provider, seeks to fill the position of Clinical Office Manager/Executive Assistant at our Center Ossipee location.
The Clinical Office Manager serves as the primary point of contact for both existing and new clients seeking or receiving behavioral health services. The Clinical Office Manager reports to and works directly with the Executive Director, and duties revolve around creating workflows and systems that ensure support for our growing clinical practice.
Duties include: providing support to clinical team and the Executive Director; manage complex and changing schedules; manage calls and messages from clients and schedule appointments; utilize insurance portals to provide insurance verification; obtain insurance authorizations for intensive outpatient program; create and manage client electronic medical records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with existing regulations and requirements; collect and process payments; oversee office supplies; credential clinicians and programs with insurance carriers; provide support with audits; maintain personnel records; other duties as directed.
The successful candidate will have good communication skills, a desire to work and interact with people and clients, and the ability to learn and respond quickly in a fast-paced office environment. Prior experience supporting a medical practice a plus.
Salary commensurate with experience and skills.
