210 Day Contract
$2250 Stipend
Develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive district/campus program, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Oversee the screening, testing, identification and placement of students for gifted services.
Plan and lead professional development sessions for staff regarding the needs of gifted learners and differentiation strategies.
Collaborate with campus leaders in the development of acceleration programs.
Provide scheduled pull out services for district students.
Provide support for secondary honors and Advanced Placement Teachers.
Organize and administer Advanced Placement Assessments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or higher.
Certification: Valid teaching license with Gifted Education Endorsement or certification in K-12.

Experience: 3-5 years of successful teaching. Evidence of moving students through an accelerated pathway.
Essential Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of educational assessment procedures for identifying gifted students.
Expertise in differentiation, curriculum acceleration, and enrichment activities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting to parents, staff, and state agengies.
Proficiency in technology for tracking and evaluating program data.
