We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Commercial Plumber to join our team and contribute to the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial settings. Duties
- Install commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and drainage.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing installations.
- Conduct routine inspections on construction sites to ensure plumbing work complies with safety regulations and project standards.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems related to plumbing or mechanical components.
- Assist with remodeling projects by dismantling old systems and installing new plumbing infrastructure efficiently.
- Operate heavy lifting equipment safely when handling large pipes or materials on-site.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including schematics updates and inspection reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of building codes and safety standards.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, propress, megapress
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning.
- Familiarity with carpentry or maintenance person skills is a plus for remodeling or assembly tasks.
- Valid driver's license
- 2-3 years of plumbing experience, as a lead plumber
