We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RV Service Technician to join our service team. Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on RV systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and chassis components
- Conduct repairs and maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, suspension work, wheel alignments, and transmission repairs
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair various vehicle parts and equipment
- Conduct welding, soldering, and equipment repair tasks as needed
- Perform heavy lifting and assist with vehicle maintenance tasks requiring physical strength
- Inspect vehicles for safety issues and ensure all repairs meet quality standards
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs needed or completed
- Assist in the assembly or reassembly of vehicle components after repairs or upgrades
Requirements
- Proven dealership experience or service technician experience in RV repair preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in RV diagnostics and electrical systems
- Hands-on experience with oil changes, air brakes, alignments, suspension systems, HVAC units, tire service, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, brake repair, and auto body repair
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering equipment, and other maintenance tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Experience with automotive electrical systems and equipment repair is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications or training in automotive or RV repair are a plus
