Requirements
Active OH or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 18 months of combined permanent Med/Surg Tele experience required
Must have 18 months of recent Med/Surg Tele experience; travel experience may count toward the recent experience requirement
Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
