Summary
We are seeking a Custodian to join our team in Oelwein! Commercial building to be cleaned one time per week for a total of approximately 4 hours. Cleaning to be done anytime over the weekend! Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, restrooms, and common areas.
- Buff and polish floors to ensure a high standard of appearance.
- Conduct industrial cleaning as needed in various settings.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required.
- Respond to requests for cleaning services in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
