What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paraprofessionals position at White Glove Community Care?
Paraprofessionals work 1:1 with students of all ages with special needs on the school bus or in the classroom to support the educational and behavioral goals as listed on the students IEP.

Job Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Supervise the safety of students on the school bus and in the classroom
- Assist the student to stay focused with the lesson plan
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure students needs are being met
- Guide students to maintain routines and transition to different tasks throughout the day
- Document daily student observations and behaviors
- Government Issued ID
- Social Security Card
- Resume
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 Professional Reference letters
- Physical Form within 1 year
- PPD or Quantiferon lab report
- Rubeola lab report
- Rubella lab report
- 8-10 Panel Drug Screen with 1 year
- Covid-19 Vaccine- (Not required for hire but some schools require it for building entry so it is recommended to submit if you are vaccinated)
- DOE Fingerprint Clearance –$102 Fee
- Orientation Class
- Up to $800 per week
