Qualifications
- New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and clinical standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interest in clinical leadership and practice development
