About The Role
White Glove Early Intervention is seeking a highly organized and compassionate Early Intervention Evaluation Coordinator to oversee and streamline the evaluation process for children in the Early Intervention Program. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by ensuring that every referred child receives timely, high-quality evaluations and that families are supported throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule multidisciplinary evaluations for referred children.
- Act as the primary liaison between families, evaluators, service providers, and the ESU.
- Ensure all evaluations meet state regulations and IDEA Part C timelines.
- Review referral documentation, medical records, and developmental histories.
- Assign qualified evaluators based on child needs, language, and location.
- Monitor evaluation progress, report completion, and documentation compliance.
- Review evaluation reports for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date records in electronic systems.
- Provide families and Service Coordinators with clear information about the process, rights, and next steps.
- Participate in case conferences, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Psychology, or Special Education.
- Minimum of 2 years of Early Intervention experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Early Intervention regulations and evaluation procedures.
- Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases.
- Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
