Floor Care Technician
White Glove Cleaning & Maintenance is seeking a highly motivated, detailed person to fill a Floor Care Technician position for the Greater Grand Rapids area. Successful candidates must have a minimum of 2 years proven experience as well as great customer service skills.
Duties include:
- Residential Carpet cleaning, upholstery, and tile cleaning
- Commercial/Industrial floor cleaning, including stripping and waxing
- Setting up and operating equipment at job sites
- Moving and caring for customer’s furniture
- Greeting and responding to the customer's needs
- Maintaining and repairing equipment
- Following all company safety procedures and standards

Requirements:
- Needs to have experience with all aspects of floor maintenance
- Knowledge and experience in industrial, commercial & residential carpet cleaning
- Knowledge of the process of scrubbing, stripping and waxing tile and vinyl floors
- Experience in using a high-speed buffer
- Knowledge and experience using a truck mount system to clean ceramic tile and grout.
- Must have the ability to lift 50lbs
- Required to have flexible hours and available on weekends, but may have other days off
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
- Have reliable transportation to and from main job location
