Wedding & Event Venue Manager (Part-Time / Per Event) — White Fallow Estate

About Us:

White Fallow Estate is a premier luxury wedding and event venue in Buford, GA — a stunning12-acre property featuring an elegant vintage white barn, a 10,000 sq. ft. estate home, a 6,000 sq. ft. home, a scenic lake, and a swimming pool. We host weddings, receptions, corporate events, cultural ceremonies, and celebrations of life, and we're looking for a reliable, personable, and highly organized Venue Manager to help deliver an exceptional experience for every client and guest who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct venue tours for prospective clients
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Coordinate event timelines with clients, vendors, and wedding planners
• Oversee setup, event-day flow, and breakdown for weddings and events
• Ensure the estate, barn, and grounds are clean, organized, and event-ready
• Manage on-site vendors (catering, DJ, décor, rentals, etc.)
• Handle day-of issues calmly and proactively to keep events running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in weddings, events, or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Available to work weekends and evenings (event-driven schedule)
• Professional presence and demeanor
• Reliable transportation

Compensation:

• 6–10% commission of rental income for each event booked and managed (based on experience)
• Booking bonus for confirmed clients
• Opportunity to grow into a full-time role as event volume increases
