Rated by The Boston Globe as one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts 11 years in a row, White Elephant Resorts is looking to expand our team to include a year-round Reservations Agent for our collection of award-winning boutique hotels and luxury resorts located in three of the most iconic spots Nantucket, Massachusetts, Palm Beach, Florida and Aspen, Colorado.
Our family of resorts includes White Elephant Nantucket, White Elephant Palm Beach, and White Elephant Aspen, coming soon. Our newly renovated Cottages at Nantucket Boat Basin, and Nantucket Boat Basin marina are situated along the Nantucket Harbor, along with our downtown location, Jared Coffin House, and The Wauwinet, recently named by Travel Leisure's Top 500 Best Hotels.
*This position is based in the dynamic work environment of our Boston city office.
*Position shifts are 2pm – 10pm and may include some weekends.

Other responsibilities include:
- Maintaining knowledge of: hotel facilities/services & hours of operation; guest room layouts, bed types, décor, locations and amenities; room availability, restricted dates, rates/types, packages and promotions; entertainment and special events scheduled in the hotels & on the island; travel options to the island (boat and plane)
- Accommodating special requests in the system
- Verifying all reservation information with caller to ensure accuracy
