Are you passionate about luxury hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment? White Elephant Aspen is looking for a Front Desk Agent who brings professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail to every interaction.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in delivering the personalized, high-touch service that defines the White Elephant experience—whether it’s during Aspen’s peak ski season or the vibrant summer months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with warmth and efficiency
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservation processes
- Coordinate guest services with concierge, bell/door, and housekeeping teams
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Share your knowledge of Aspen’s best dining, outdoor experiences, and cultural events
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in front desk or guest service (luxury or boutique preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using hotel systems (Maestro and ALICE experience is a plus)
- Friendly, team-oriented, and guest-focused
- Able to adapt to Aspen’s seasonal demands and high-altitude environment
