Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bradenton, FL. This position oversees daily landscape and lawn maintenance operations, including scheduling crews, coordinating materials and equipment, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to quality standards. The role includes managing staff, monitoring job costs, handling vendor and subcontractor relationships, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental guidelines. The Operations Manager collaborates with leadership to improve processes, support customer satisfaction, and uphold the company’s standards of craftsmanship and service.
Qualifications
- Operational management skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
- Experience with landscape or lawn maintenance services, including site planning, installation, and ongoing maintenance.
- Competence in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to support efficient project delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Ability to enforce safety practices and environmental best practices on job sites.
- Proficiency with basic office software and tools for reporting, documentation, and project tracking.
- Prior supervisory or operations experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field is highly beneficial.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally between job sites as needed.
