White Diamond Landscape is seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing commercial landscape division.
We are looking for a strong leader who can manage teams, coordinate schedules, maintain high-quality standards, communicate with commercial clients, and help ensure that every property is maintained to the White Diamond standard.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations of the commercial landscape division
- Manage and coordinate landscape crews, supervisors, routes, and schedules
- Ensure commercial properties are maintained to company quality standards
- Conduct property inspections and address maintenance issues
- Communicate professionally with commercial clients and property managers
- Coordinate with customers regarding service requests and project needs
- Monitor crew productivity, attendance, equipment, and materials
- Help manage labor, scheduling, and operational costs
- Ensure crews follow company safety procedures and standards
- Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members
- Resolve field issues quickly and professionally
- Coordinate landscape enhancement and improvement projects
- Work closely with ownership and management to improve efficiency and profitability
- Help identify opportunities for additional services and business growth
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Previous experience in commercial landscaping, landscape management, property maintenance, or a related field
- Proven leadership and team-management experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to manage multiple crews and properties simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Knowledge of irrigation, turf, plants, pruning, fertilization, and landscape maintenance is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to use scheduling, communication, and basic business-management software
