Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Concrete Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of concrete-related tasks while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform concrete labor tasks including pouring, leveling, and finishing
- Assist with concrete forming and blueprint reading
- Operate concrete mixers and other construction equipment
- Install and repair concrete flooring and hardscape structures
- Apply caulk and sealants to finished concrete surfaces
- Assist in renovation and repair of existing concrete structures
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized worksite
- Perform other related duties as needed to support team operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in concrete labor or related construction field preferred
- Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and blueprint reading
- Familiarity with concrete mixing and finishing processes
- Ability to operate construction machinery and tools safely
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Valid driver’s license (commercial license if required)
